Efficient team who were at our service. Standard bungalow with the bathroom, nice balcony and a drink was ready when we arrived...

Accommodation was big and modern with hard-working and professional staff from the cleaning staff to management. The hotel was in a stunning location next to the Italian restaurant, and thankyou Xanadu. I ate in the a la carte restaurant nearby.

Everything was fantastic during 2 days, greatly enjoyed its unbeatable and exceptionally nice location close to the paying restaurants and the other bars. The room was new-fashioned and practical, had private bathroom. It was a luxurious stay, 1st class and well-kept place: D

Amazing food variety and quality, clean and tidy rooms, unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. We had a fantastic time learning archery from Alexandra and enjoying Batuhan's aqua gym classes. The cocktails at Lila bar were wonderful, and we loved the quiet adult beach area. we had an outstanding stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The kids were jumping into the pool from a high wall, very dangerous. Couldn't find the security personnel

Large well-maintained area, presence of coniferous trees. Excellent friendly staff. Special thanks to the girls from the children's mini club. Our daughter was eager to run there every day.

The hotel was impeccably clean, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels provided. The variety of drinks available was fantastic, with a wide selection of teas, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond, particularly waiters Emran.H and Ali. The buffet food selection was extensive and delicious, with a special mention to the chef who made an effort to serve our favorite chicken curry. The activities offered were diverse, including airgun shooting and a thrilling slide. The spa experience was lovely, with excellent facilities and staff.

The hotel where everything is thought out for children from 0 to 18 years old, everyone will be comfortable. Wonderful hotel, we will come back!

Rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with efficient air conditioning. The staff were excellent and provided attentive service throughout our stay.- The hotel had a beautiful pier with a bar, offering stunning views and convenient access to refreshments.- The main restaurant meals were good and the beachfront bar served excellent snacks.- There were always sunbeds available and no need to rush early in the morning.- The hotel had a kids area with plenty of activities for younger children.- The animation team provided a variety of fun activities for guests of all ages.- The food options were plentiful, with a range of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.- The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily.

The hotel lacked entertainment options for teenagers, with limited activities and no opportunity to mix with other teenagers. The evening entertainment was subpar, with no music or lively atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

When we visit Belek, like staying here. The room is fantastic and immaculate with these pull up framed beds. The services are top-notch, including a heated pool.

had an incredible time at a resort in belek. the staff were super helpful, rooms clean, and spa package was so relaxing. exceeded my expectations and can't wait to go back!
